“A complex case of 3.5 years old child with OI (Osteogenesis Imperfecta) who was under follow up for bow legs due to Vitamin D deficiency for possible future growth modulation. The patient is under medical treatment by Zolidronic acid. However he got a lower tibial fracture with more Varus deformity. So, had to be operated to correct the deformity and do physeal plate Hemi-epiphysiodesis by Orthofix 8 plate for proximal tibia and distal femoral bilateral.” Professor Yasser Elbatrawy”
